Yes. A minimum of one hour applies for all on-site visits.
Do you really come to my home or office?
Yes. On-site visits are the standard for both personal and business support across the Inner West. You can also bring your device to our Dulwich Hill workshop by appointment.
What if the job takes less than an hour?
Some quick fixes genuinely take just a few minutes. We still apply a minimum one-hour fee to cover travel and time, but we'll always be upfront about what's involved before we start.
