After my PC laptop died, I took it down the road to Luke. He rebuilt it for me, and I haven’t had a problem with it since. When it came time to invest in a Mac, Luke went over all the technical specifications with me so that I was confident in my purchase and knew exactly what I was buying. There’s never a stupid question with Luke. He is friendly, easy to talk to, and always happy to explain complex technical jargon in ways that I can understand. I know that my computer and I will always be well taken care of when we see Luke - I couldn’t recommend him enough!

I know this is what Luke does, but wow, the service!. Messaged him late Saturday evening, and honestly not expecting anything to be done before Tuesday, however, he was fixing my laptop Sunday morning (on the Australia Day weekend)! Cleaned up apps, explained as little or as much as I wanted to know and gave information on how to further improve speed and capacity without the expense (or suggestion) of buying of a new laptop. Very affordable too. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Luke from the local nerd, I messaged him yesterday and he responded within 10 minutes, asked me a few questions about my Mac to determine whether it may have been a hardware issue, took it to him today and he worked on it, completed the job in 30 mins if that.
